The Impact Circle
The Impact Circle is a brand-new initiative from Love Tomorrow, the sustainability and innovation platform behind Tomorrowland. As a three-day, invitation-only event, it brings together 500 of Europe’s most impactful startups, pioneering investors and leading corporates in a setting that’s unlike anything seen before.
When we were approached to design the website, the expectations were clear: create a digital platform that felt just as exclusive and immersive as the event itself. With The Impact Circle’s new visual identity and branding guidelines in place, it was crucial to translate that identity into a seamless and responsive user experience. Short deadlines, responsive user experience, subtle interactivity and full alignment with the brand’s vision . The result? A high-end, dynamic website that blends the event’s atmosphere and keeps users engaged with every scroll, naturally leading them toward the waitlist signup.
The Impact Circle launched as a new brand but with ambitious expectations. The site needed to reflect the premium experience from day one: high-design feel, a sense of invitation, and clarity on who attends and who should attend. We designed an elegant interface supported by rich typography, atmospheric circle-shaped visuals and polished layouts, all within the visual framework and requirements of Love Tomorrow. Everything was refined to convey exclusivity, inspiration and intent.
The goal of the website is simple: captivate and convert high-level visitors into applicants. But the path there had to feel engaging. We built a layered experience with interactions, animations and page flows that invite exploration. Each section offers just enough information to spark curiosity, pulling the user deeper toward the final call to action: the waitlist.
The content strategy had to highlight three pillars: the elite startups, the partnering brands, and the overarching mission. We worked closely with the team to design clear sections for each, from the Circles of Impact to startup showcases, while keeping the flow cohesive and uncluttered.
With three days of roundtables, pitching sessions, and Tomorrowland networking activations, content complexity was high. We designed a dynamic schedule, tailored “Circles” overview, and “Why Attend” storytelling, enabling each audience (startups, investors, corporates) to find their pathway smoothly. Whether viewing the agenda, exploring Circles or learning why they should attend, every step is clear and concise.
With only a few weeks from kickoff to launch, speed was key. We worked in short feedback loops with the Love Tomorrow team to deliver a fully responsive, polished and high-performing platform, all powered by custom code and dynamic Webflow animations.
Beyond schedules, The Impact Circle is positioned as a movement for entrepreneurship with purpose. We structured the Why Attend, Circles and FAQ pages to combine vision with clarity, allowing users to grasp the deeper mission while staying focused on the value of participation.
